ACL-

Austin City Limits Music Festival (ACL) is this weekend (friday-sunday) and nope im not going..
First of all, theres maybe 5-9 bands i've even heard of playing.. second the lineup personally sucks ...
noone wants Kanye West in Austin..
so heres to tons of stupid people and traffic downtown austin this weekend ruining my fun..
on a good note though.. Melanie (BFF) is having her baby this week... Dr. will be inducing her Wed night.. so after i take my RMA (registered medical assistant) test again .. I will be baby watching Thursday.. :)i cant wait to meet her!

People of Texas, Please Please Please dont grill/smoke outside.. we have enough fires in Texas.. please for the sake of people that are evacuated from their homes at the moment, be responsible and not selfish- just sayin.

Today i was at a friends house in Lakeway, very very close to Lake Travis /Lake Austin.. and was on my way home after hanging out there this weekend and wow.. i look at a friends facebook and relieze a fire over in their neighborhood close to Lake Austin (Steiner Ranch) had a fire!  as i start freaking out wondering how everyone down in that "hood" by the boat ramp was ok  its spread and around 7:30 pm tonight their whole neighborhood has been evacuated!
We all need to pray from rain in Central Texas right now the winds that kicked up today have not helped with our fire danger today..
We also need to be "safe" with fire.. anything to help not increase the chances of having fires start, puttting cigarette butts out (smokeless ash tray)  (i have one in my car) , not grilling at outdoor parks ,etc.. anything you can do to not initiate any kind of fire please think before you do it.. its not rocket science and i personally am praying my friends homes are ok and they dont lose them..
so please pray for rain and those involved with the Central Texas fires and help!

Birthday Weekend..

Wow what a weekend.. good times thursday night downtown Austin with my friend Jersushia.. Friday we chilled /shopped all day and got to watch the UT game downtown where we beat Rice :)..

good good times.. 34 wont be bad after all.
